At Hotel Sosei Sapporo – MGallery Collection, we invite you to experience the arrival of spring with an elegant afternoon tea that delights all five senses.

With sweets inspired by cherry blossoms and strawberries, and light savory bites featuring seasonal vegetables from Hokkaido, each item celebrates the flavors and essence of spring.

Our sweets selection includes a melt-in-your-mouth strawberry shortcake, a moist pound cake with a delicate sakura glaze, and brightly colored cherry blossom macarons — a visual and culinary tribute to the season.

Savories feature dishes such as spring vegetable crostini and a quiche made with tender nanohana greens, offering a light yet flavorful taste of Hokkaido’s early harvest.

To complement the menu, guests may choose from five varieties of premium flavored teas, carefully curated by renowned tea purveyor Lupicia.

Additionally, for those seeking a celebratory touch, sparkling wine, non-alcoholic sparkling beverages, and champagne are available upon request.

This seasonal afternoon tea is available every Wednesday through Sunday throughout the month of April.
