Terms and Conditions for Accommodation

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

Accommodation contracts concluded by the hotel with guests and related agreements shall be governed by the provisions of these terms and conditions. Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by laws or generally established customs.
In cases where the hotel agrees to special arrangements within the scope not contradicting laws and customs, such special arrangements shall take precedence over the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

(1) Guest’s name
(2) Accommodation date and expected arrival time

The accommodation contract shall be deemed to be established when the hotel accepts the application in the preceding article. However, this does not apply if the hotel can prove non-acceptance.

If a credit card number was provided, the reservation fee/application fee will not be collected, but in case of default or compensation, it will be billed to the credit card. The hotel also reserves the right to obtain pre-authorization at the time of application.

Article 4 (Special Agreement to Waive Application Fee Payment)

Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 2, the hotel may agree to a special arrangement where the payment of the application fee specified in the preceding article is not required after the conclusion of the contract.
If the hotel does not request the payment of the application fee specified in Article 2 when accepting the application for an accommodation contract and does not specify the payment deadline for the application fee, it shall be treated as having agreed to the special arrangement in the preceding paragraph.

Article 5 (Refusal to Conclude Accommodation Contract)
